The ROD was issued on October 23, 2003, and rescinded on September 20, 2004.
A ROD is the formal FTA document that is the only acceptance of the Final Environment Impact Statement. This ROD only accepted the Initial Operating Segment (IOS), which is that portion of the BRT Project that would operate from Downtown to Waikiki.
